Is newly created is true
Receiving email addresses include any of sales@kolabsystems.com, sales@kolabsys.com, sales@bifrost.kolabsystems.com
Take these actions every time this rule matches:
Add projects: Restricted Project.
Add subscribers: Restricted Project.
